October 6th, 2026 ELIZABETH, New Jersey - ICE released Martín Alonso Soto Hernandez from the Elizabeth Contract Detention Facility around 8 p.m. Soto, a Peruvian asylum seeker, walked out wearing an ankle monitor and embraced his wife, Gabriela Soto, and their two children.
