Emergency crews rescued the 23-member crew of the Liberian-flagged tanker Aframax Rio after it was set ablaze off Russia's Black Sea coast on Tuesday, Oct. 6, following an attack by an unmanned vessel, Russia's Transport Ministry said. The ministry said all crew members were Indian nationals and no one was injured.
