Patricia J. McNeil passed away Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026. Patricia was born July 31, 1947, the daughter of Charles and Mary (Jernick) Grigonis. Patricia married Richard McNeil on Nov. 25, 1972, at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church in Southold. She furthered her education at S.U.N.Y. at Fredonia, graduating in 1968 with a bachelor of science degree....
