MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Ukrainian militants are planning to stage an attack on facilities linked with the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) not far from the contact line to justify its own strikes on NPPs in Russia, a Russian security source told Sputnik on Sunday.
