According to the police information reported this morning, the suspect was identified as Marvin Grant. Police said he may be traveling in a gray Toyota Camry or Corolla with temporary North Carolina plates. Residents nearby were advised to stay inside, lock their doors and avoid the area. Anyone who sees the suspect should not approach him and should call 911. Road restrictions affected Wellington Road and the Route 28 Bypass.
