Defense attorney Kevin Reddington is seeking an inquiry into holdout juror Michael Desronvil, including his jury questionnaire, call and text records, and a limited examination of his phone. The defense alleges improper phone use during deliberations and questions the juror’s answers to the court. These are allegations, not findings of misconduct. Clancy’s September 4 mistrial left the charges unresolved in the deaths of her children, Cora, Dawson and Callan, in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
