September 28, 2026 Brooklyn, NY – At approximately 3:20 am police responded to a call of a person shot at 980 Rutland Road, according to police. A 27-year-old man was shot once to the head. The victim was transported by EMS to Brookdale Hospital in critical condition, according to police. A person of interest was seen fleeing in a gray sedan, according to police.
