Stock market volatility in recent days has not slowed the momentum in India’s primary market. Even as equities continue to fluctuate sharply, a fresh set of public offerings is preparing to open for investors in the coming week. Beginning March 9, the IPO market is expected to see multiple launches across both the mainboard and SME segments. In total, three mainboard issues and one SME offering are scheduled to open, alongside several companies making their stock market debut.

Here is a closer look at the IPO activity investors can expect in the days ahead.

One of the notable offerings scheduled for next week is the IPO of Rajputana Stainless. The company aims to raise approximately Rs 254.98 crore through its public issue, which will open for subscription on March 9 and close on March 11. The price band for the offering has been set between Rs 116 and Rs 122 per share.

The IPO includes both a fresh issue of shares and an offer-for-sale by the promoter. According to the company, part of the capital raised will be directed toward establishing a new manufacturing unit in the Panchmahal district of Gujarat. Additional funds will be used to reduce outstanding borrowings, broaden the company’s product portfolio and support general corporate requirements.

Another company entering the market is Innovision, a firm involved in manpower services and toll plaza operations. Its Rs 322.84 crore public issue will open on March 10 and close on March 12, with shares priced between Rs 521 and Rs 548 each.

The offering includes a fresh issue as well as an offer-for-sale by promoters Randeep Hundal and Uday Pal Singh. The proceeds from the fresh issue are expected to be used primarily to repay debt, fund working capital needs and support other corporate purposes.

Investors will also have an opportunity to participate in a major infrastructure investment trust offering. Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust plans to raise around Rs 6,000 crore through its IPO, which will open for subscription from March 11 to March 13.

Infrastructure investment trusts have been gaining popularity among investors as they provide exposure to large infrastructure assets while offering potential income through distributions.

SME Segment Sees Fresh Offering

Activity in the SME segment will also continue with the upcoming IPO of Apsis Aerocom. The issue will open for subscription on March 11 and close on March 13.
