Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) is going viral this morning after an appearance on ESPN's College GameDay with host Rece Davis did not go as planned.  Cruz spoke to ESPN for about ten minutes on Saturday morning to discuss the "Protect College Sports Act," Cruz's bipartisan bill to create a national framework and regulations on the chaotic market of college athletics.
