President Trump this week defended his plan to give $5,000 to every American adult if Republicans win the midterm elections, assuring Fox's Laura Ingraham that the country can afford it despite the approximately $40.10 trillion US national debt.  The $40 trillion debt will be taken care of over time, he said, "through growth." As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump announced that he will give a $5,000 dividend to every adult man and woman in the country if Republicans retain the House and Senate majorities this election cycle during his Wednesday speech at the Republican National Committee midterm convention in Dallas, Texas.
