A man who could barely stand in downtown Vancouver, Canada, tried to get behind the wheel and people around him were not having it. They boxed him in, kept him off the road, and turned a possible wreck into a sidewalk standoff while phones came out. Sometimes the only brake in the city is the responsible people already on the pavement.
