Vice President JD Vance and President Trump will deliver remarks tonight to close the first-ever Republican National Committee (RNC) midterm convention.  Trump spoke for nearly two hours last night during the keynote address of the convention's first day, during which he energized the crowd to turn out for Republicans this election cycle.
