CHICAGO (AP) _ Grain futures were higher in early trading Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Sept. corn rose by 1 cents at $5.09 a bushel. Sept. wheat gained 1.5 cents at $7.13 a bushel. Sept. oats was up 9.75 cents at $3.56 a bushel. Sept. soybeans gained 2.75 cents at $12.98 a bushel....
