President Trump on Wednesday slammed an ABC reporter while departing Washington for the RNC Midterm Convention in Dallas, Texas, when asked about the Republican candidates who will not be in attendance.  The New York Times (of course) reports that "deciding whether to appear with President Trump can be tricky" for Republican candidates.
