The string of drone strikes on the Starokozachye border crossing between Ukraine and Moldova will “seriously hinder – or at least temporarily delay” the shipment of arms into Ukraine, and exports going out, Institute of CIS Countries senior fellow Alexander Dudchak told Sputnik.
