Is it any wonder that millions of Americans suffer from mental health issues? Let’s face it—no other society in the world speeds along life’s tracks at Warp Factor “Too Much to Handle.”
One network reporting on the “hung jury” for Lindsay Clancy added that 61,000,000 (million) Americans suffer from mental illness. Another 15,000,000 suffer severe mental illness. That’s one in five adults. How do we deal with such stunning numbers of people suffering mentally-emotionally-spiritually every day?
Several thousand young people, below age 30, commit suicide annually. Others buy guns to shoot people in schools and on the streets of our cities. Ultimately, they shoot themselves after their deadly rampages.
Then, you see a case where a young mother of three children, seemingly normal, and operating with her children and smiling husband—smothers all three of her children.
During Lindsay Clancy’s trial, prosecutors exposed that she took a boat-load of anti-depressants, and chemicals with names that start with X’s, Y’s, Z’s—and there’s no way to pronounce them.
On TV every night, chemical companies pitch chemicals for ailments that have never been heard of before in the history of the world. Yet, if you suffer something, that pill will save you, return you to health, and make your life perfect once again. The caveat to each pill, they announce, is that it could cause you a heart attack, nausea, high blood pressure, don’t take if you’re pregnant, bleeding in your stomach, and constipation along with headaches.
But right after announcing the bad items, the product goes back to smiling actors who benefited from taking all that chemical crap.
When you think of all the chemicals in our foods, all the GMO’s, all the dyes, all the artificial sugars like “high fructose corn syrup”, and all the sprays like Roundup with glyphosates that we eat—it’s small wonder that we all aren’t half-crazy in our minds.
Along with that, companies pitch everything that goes fast, faster, and fastest. If you don’t own the latest 10 G I-Phone, you’re left in the Stone Age. If you’re not influencing 10 million people, you’re not worth much. If your Facebook page doesn’t feature 100,000 friends, you’re friendless in an unfriendly world. You don’t have to grocery shop because a computer will do it for you, and a robot will deliver your stores.
While we’re at it, after church on Sunday, my friends and I ate at “Mad Greens” in Lakewood, Colorado. The teen girl that served us, featured horrible tattoos on her arms…skeleton heads, spears through hearts, and a dragon frying someone. Incredibly negative energy locked onto her body for life! But underneath her chin, on her neck, a huge wingspan of a dragon. Un-Godly ugly! It will mark her for the rest of her life in any conversation, any social situation, and any sense of normalcy. Maybe a tattoo on your arm provides some kind of mark that makes you feel good, but marking your entire body up may be yet another form of mental illness in America. Just my opinion!
