President Trump on Monday escalated the trade war with Canada, announcing that Bombardier, a Canadian airplane manufacturer, will no longer be allowed to sell its jets in the United States unless they build in the US.   Last month, Trump slapped 50% tariffs on about $20 billion of Canadian goods.
