President Trump on Sunday trolled Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, calling him "Governor" in a new cartoon meme.  The image shows Trump and Carney on hockey skates, with Trump towering over the fallen Canadian Prime Minister, saying, "Get up, governor." Trump has long suggested that he will make Canada the 51st state if they can't afford to pay the United States' tariffs.
