September 6, 2026 — MIAMI, FL — An Amazon Air Boeing 767 operated by 21 Air overran a runway while landing at Miami International Airport around 2 p.m. Sunday, striking multiple vehicles near NW 42nd Avenue and catching fire.
Flight 7598 arrived from San Juan, Puerto Rico. More than 60 Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units responded. Multiple patients reported; no casualty count released. All runways closed and a ground stop ran until 5:30 p.m. NTSB and FAA are investigating.
