He was charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Retired law enforcement officer Juan Mejia says he saw Lundeen allegedly attack his seatmate before stepping in with fellow passenger Richard Olenick. Mejia says Lundeen bit his hand and forearm during the struggle. According to the witnesses, crew supplied zip ties and then duct tape to help secure Lundeen to his first-class seat.
