Whatever happened to men courting women?
According to this woman, men should be pursuing women, planning the dates, initiating the conversations, opening the doors, proving their intentions, and making women feel worthy of the effort.
But there’s one question she never seems to answer:
What exactly are men supposed to get in return?
For years, men have been told relationships should be equal, traditional gender roles are outdated, women don’t need men, and expecting reciprocity is somehow unreasonable.
Now that men have actually adjusted their behavior, suddenly traditional courtship is being missed.
In this video, I break down her argument piece by piece and explain why so many men aren’t confused about courtship at all.
They’ve simply started asking whether the relationship being offered is worth pursuing in the first place.
Because you can’t demand traditional effort from men while rejecting reciprocal expectations for women and then act surprised when men decide the deal no longer makes sense.
