The mask is slipping on America's radical left, and nowhere is this hypocrisy more glaring than in the case of New York City Council member Zohran Mamdani. While this socialist politician was publicly condemning those who would 'make light' of Hamas's October 7 terror attack that killed over 1,200 innocent Israelis, his own wife was busy hitting the 'like' button on social media posts celebrating the very same massacre.
As Hamas terrorists were literally crossing the border into Israel and gunning down civilians at a music festival, butchering families in their homes, and taking hostages including children and elderly people, posts glorifying these atrocities began flooding social media. And according to reports, Mamdani's wife was among those endorsing this sick celebration of terrorism.
This isn't just political hypocrisy – it's moral bankruptcy of the highest order. Here we have a New York City elected official trying to play both sides, condemning anti-Semitism with one face while his household celebrates the murder of Jewish civilians with the other.
Patriots, this is exactly the kind of duplicitous behavior we've come to expect from the radical left. They'll speak out of both sides of their mouths, saying whatever they think will keep them in power while their true beliefs are revealed through their actions – or in this case, their spouse's social media activity.
How can New Yorkers trust someone whose own family celebrates terrorism? How can Jewish constituents feel safe knowing their elected representative's household was cheering on their potential murderers?
This revelation perfectly encapsulates the antisemitic rot that has infected the Democratic Party from top to bottom. From college campuses to city halls, the left has normalized hatred of Israel and, by extension, hatred of Jewish people.
The question Americans need to ask is simple: If Mamdani can't even control the messaging in his own household, how can he be trusted to represent the people of New York City? And more importantly, when will voters finally say enough is enough to these two-faced politicians who enable terrorism while pretending to condemn it?
