A 43-year-old career criminal who spent 14 years in California state prison was living in a freshman dorm at Cal Poly Humboldt when police arrested him on suspicion of sexually assaulting someone in the residence hall, then arrested him again the same day after he walked right back onto campus in defiance of a court order.
