Men got the message. For years, men have been told women don’t need their protection, their help, or traditional chivalry. And judging by the hundreds of men who weighed in during our recent live show, they listened. Men told us they’ve been criticized for opening doors, attacked for offering help, and increasingly worry that approaching a woman they don’t know simply isn’t worth the potential risk. So many have reached a simple conclusion: step back. But does that mean men have stopped being decent human beings? Not at all. There’s a difference between kindness and obligation. Men can still help people because they choose to without accepting the idea that being male automatically obligates them to provide women with special treatment. In this video, we’re talking about why so many men are walking away from traditional chivalry, what happened to the trust that once made those interactions possible, and why the people complaining that “chivalry is dead” might want to think about what killed it. Because men heard the message. The question is whether society is prepared to live with the answer. #MensIssues #Chivalry #MenNeedToBeHeard #ModernDating #GenderRoles #MensRights #DatingAdvice #ModernRelationships #Equality #MalePerspective 👀 Watch This Next: https://youtu.be/ifY7BFXSDrs 🔴 Join me LIVE every Wednesday from 4:00-5:30pm ET over on @TheBoyMeetsSquirrelShow where my partner Lindsay aka @squirrelygirl1988 talk about the issues men and boys face in today's modern society.
