Russian troops launched a retaliatory strike overnight on military enterprises used by Ukrainian militants, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday.

"A massive strike was carried out with long-range precision weapons launched from ground, air, and sea, as well as strike unmanned aerial vehicles, on enterprises of Ukraine's military-industrial complex," the ministry said in a statement.Russian soldiers also struck Ukrainian energy facilities and military airfields, the ministry added.
