in all truth.. it looks like the guy stopped, but he couldn't have been too smart.i mean.. he should have jumped off his little scooter to the right and gotten out of the way.i'll never understand how it seems like these people who get hit sometimes think that the person will eventually stop.. or turn.. and everything will be ok.
