On Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security announced that more than 2,100 criminals were arrested, including illegal alien murderers, rapists, pedophiles, drug traffickers, and violent assailants, as part of 'Operation Rotten Apple." In a statement, DHS noted that the men and women of ICE "did what New York sanctuary politicians refuse to do: made the Empire State SAFER," after "New York Governor Kathy Hochul and New York City Mayor Mamdani released more than 13,000 criminal illegal aliens from jail back onto the streets of New York to terrorize innocent Americans."
