She calls 16 year old girl a "prostitute" for having a "Mexican" boyfriend. Then she gets out of car & shoots pepper spray at them—including her 8 year old sister. Mother says a police officer stopped to help—but was on the side of the woman yelling racist insults at them. Officer said woman was going through "personal problems" and to "give her a break." Incident occurred in St. Charles suburb of Chicago, Illinois.
