The death toll from floods in Nepal and Tibet continues to climb. More than 670 people are now confirmed dead, and nearly 3,000 remain missing, including 90 Americans. President Trump says the U.S. is taking control of 65 billion barrels of oil from Venezuela’s reserves, calling it the biggest oil deal in history.
