Little Rock, AR - Little Rock police this week released an incident report and body camera footage from an officer's May encounter with a homeless man in which she asked him if he has "a problem with white people." The officer, identified in the report as Katelyn Brewer, encountered the man, identified as Clifton Shelton, 26, on May 15. Brewer's report states that Shelton balled up his fist like he was going to hit a man working on a car near a curb, but that's not clearly visible in her body camera footage. The footage does pick up Brewer asking Shelton, "You wanna fight? I got the right people here."
