AUGUST 27, 2026 Copiague, NY - At approximately 10:00 pm notifications for a collision involving a Suffolk Police Vehicle and a civilian vehicle at Hawkins Boulevard and Montauk Highway, according to communications.
Both directions were closed off for the accident investigation and Crime Scene Unit was requested to the scene. EMS reportedly transported two patients. Unknown extent of injuries, according to communications.
