CHICAGO (AP) _ Grain futures were mostly higher Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Sept. corn was off 4 cents at $5.08 a bushel. Sept. wheat was up 11 cents at $7.40 a bushel. Sept. oats was up 4 cents at $3.36 a bushel. Sept. soybeans was up 2 cents at $12.53 a bushel....
