Cinnaholic at the Rotunda will be closed for a week after two juveniles crashed through the glass storefront while operating a lime scooter. The incident was one of a few that occurred during a large teen gathering which prompted Baltimore Police to respond to the residential and commercial plaza in north Baltimore Monday afternoon.
