Indiana State Police are searching for an escapee who was reportedly last seen still wearing shackles near I-94 and Exit 22 in the Burns Harbor and Porter area of northwest Indiana.
Authorities describe the escapee as a Hispanic male wearing dark pants and a black βScarfaceβ T-shirt. Police are warning members of the public not to approach him and to call 911 immediately if they believe they have spotted him.
