Justin Herbert showed this week there’s a little bit of mush inside his chiseled 6-foot-6, 236-pound frame.
The Chargers quarterback took to his Instagram page on Thursday evening and penned a sweet love note to his girlfriend, Madison Beer, in celebration of her 27th birthday — revealing a soft side of him that the public doesn’t often get to see.
“Happy birthday to my favorite person of all time,” Herbert wrote on a picture of him with Beer on the sidelines of a Chargers game at SoFi Stadium.
“I love you so much. You’ve changed my life forever.”
Herbert went on to share a few more snaps of Beer, and on one, he wrote, “I am the luckiest guy alive.”
On another, which showed Beer with four goats, he made a playful reference to her being his greatest of all-time.
Herbert and Beer, a pop music star, sparked dating rumors last summer, when he was seen at one of her music video shoots.
The two later went on to go public with their romance when she shared a kiss with him just prior to kickoff of one of Los Angeles’ games.
The pair don’t issue many statements — if any at all — about one another, making the 27-year-old signal-caller’s love confession this week a significant milestone in the duo’s relationship.
