August 24th, 2026 - Brooklyn, NY: At approximately just after 1:00 a.m., firefighters responded to 9949 Shore Rd. for All Hands fire that tore through an apartment where a deceased body was. The body had already reportedly been pronounced earlier in the day as seen by tenants of the building who recalled seeing NYPD officers and an ambulance earlier in the day.
No other victims were reported at the fire.
