Fifteen cities could be at risk of being wiped out should WW3 occur, military analysts have warned. Russian state TV broadcast a chilling list of potential US targetsthat could be hit in a nuclear war, including holiday hotspots such as New York City and Honolulu, Hawaii.
The cities were selected based on factors such as population density, evacuation logistics, emergency preparedness, and proximity to strategic military facilities. Major hubs such as Washington, DC,would likely be among the first to go, though there are several lesser-known locations identified by the Russians.

For example, Shreveport, Louisiana, is home to one of the most powerful nuclear airbases in the US, and Cheyenne, Wyoming, hosts one of the main command centres for the country's intercontinental ballistic missiles.
Elsewhere, Great Falls in Montana was picked out as it's just a few miles from Malmstrom Air Force Base, which overseeshundreds of nuclear missile silosacross the northern US.
Unsurprisingly, Los Angeles, California, also made the list due to its status as the country's second-largest city and hub for major ports, aerospace companies, defence contractors, and global media organisations.
