The Deep State's revenge campaign against Trump loyalists has claimed another victim, as Lindsey Halligan, the former Trump-appointed U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, finds herself under investigation by the Florida Bar after courageously exposing DOJ weaponization during her brief tenure.

Halligan, who was appointed by President Trump to serve as Virginia's top federal prosecutor, had her appointment ruled "unlawful" last fall on technical grounds by the same corrupt system she was fighting to reform. Now, the legal establishment is coming after her law license in what appears to be a coordinated attack on anyone who dared challenge the Biden regime's politicization of justice.

Social media observers are connecting the dots on this obvious retaliation. Twitter user @DijohltTy exposed the real motivation behind the investigation: "DOJ knows they shot they've been pushing lawyers to do were unethical & illegal. DOJ is afraid if lawyers start getting disbarred it will scare more right wing lawyers away from DOJ."

This is exactly the kind of intimidation tactic we've come to expect from the administrative state. They can't win on the merits, so they try to destroy the careers and livelihoods of patriotic Americans who expose their corruption.

The message being sent is clear: challenge the Deep State's authority, and they'll come after everything you've worked for. But this heavy-handed retaliation only proves that Halligan was over the target during her time exposing DOJ misconduct.

As one Twitter user noted with the hashtag #ETTD (Everything Trump Touches Dies), the establishment media is celebrating another Trump appointee facing consequences. But patriots see this for what it really is – proof that the swamp fights back when threatened.

Will conservative lawyers be intimidated by this weaponization of professional licensing boards, or will they stand firm against Deep State retaliation? The answer may determine whether we can ever truly drain the swamp.
