August 20, 2026 MANHATTAN, New York - Multiple vehicles seen mangled following a crash Thursday around 6:30 am, in Upper Manhattan that left three people hospitalized.
According to police, the driver of a corvette traveling at a high rate of speed collided with a Mercedes-Benz at the intersection of West 204th Street and Sherman Avenue in the Inwood neighborhood.
The Corvette also struck a 34-year-old pedestrian and crashed into a building. The driver of the Mercedes-Benz struck multiple parked vehicles and did not remain on scene, cops said.
The driver and passenger of the Corvette were also injured and including the pedestrian were all hospitalized and listed in stable condition.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
