Linda Wolff is 72 years old and she is vehemently anti-ICE. She was maced in the face in Upper Manhattan just days ago, but was back out on Friday night -- this time in New Jersey. Video shows an ICE agent macing Wolff during an ICE operation. She took the video as she was on the receiving end of the mace. "The doctor said that I have acute laryngitis and I need to get scoped because it's too low for him to see - from this? - from the mace," anti-ICE protester Linda Wolff said. Wolff was at Delaney Hall Detention Center on Friday to support detainees and protest ICE. She told Eyewitness News that on July 30th she rushed to Inwood after hearing about an ICE operation. An ICE vehicle had a flat tire and was being towed. Wolff says she confronted the tow truck driver, and that's when the agent approached her. "They maced me, but I was so high on adrenaline that I just kept going. And then I didn't realize how maced I was until later," Wolff said. Several minutes later, two NYPD officers arrived on the scene. In the video, they can be heard asking the agent for ID. The agent then responded, "We don't have to," and drove off. New York State passed a new law this year called the Bivens Act. It allows someone to sue federal officers in state court for money damages when the officer violates their constitutional rights. Wolff will be the first person to sue under this new law. "The video says everything. I mean I don't even have to say anything. I didn't do anything," Wolff said.
