PELOSI: "I think that there is a path that has been laid out that passes everything that’s in the bill, but you cannot do the issues that relate to ICE unless there’s some reforms. ICE has enough money in the big, bad, stinking, lousy, ugly bill that was passed. They’re well-funded. So we don’t need to pass this bill and have funding for ICE."
