Shannon O’Connor is facing up to 30 years in prison aftershe was found guilty Wednesday, convicted on 48 felony counts, including sexual battery, child endangerment, and giving alcohol to minors.
An allegedvictim testified that there was “no escape”from parties hosted by the so-called “Los Gatos Party Mom,” O’Connor, where teenage girls were reportedly treated as “sex objects.”
The witness, identified as “Jane Doe 6,” testified that O’Connor watched while teenagers engaged in sexual acts inside her San Jose residence, valued at $4 million.
Most of O’Connor’s guests were 14-year-old freshmen from Los Gatos High School, where boys treated girls like “sex objects,” Doe 6 testified.
“I was assaulted, and my friends were assaulted multiple times,” she told the jury.
She revealed that her 14-year-old best friend fell into depression and alcoholism aftersuffering sexual and physical abuseby boys at O’Connor’s house.

Jane Doe 6 stated that she communicated her concerns to O’Connor, but O’Connor dismissed them, reportedly saying, “She wanted her son to have fun,” adding that the mom “normalized” a sexualized social environment.
Another witness testified that O’Connor and a group of intoxicated teenagers caused disorder at a beach house, describing the scene as an “Animal House,” reportedKRON4.
