The VetML has approved for deposit the huge plan promoted by Rami and the Municipality of Beer Ya'akov over about 435 dunams • In addition to almost 10,000 new apartments, some in towers of up to 30 stories, about 21,000 square meters will be built for commerce and employment, about 180,000 square meters for public buildings and 53 dunams of open spaces • The plan also includes the renewal of detached houses and a mechanism "Building-eviction" that will allow some residents to move to the new apartment even before the old one is demolished
