Son of Russian “Orthodox” Billionaire Crashes Lamborghini Into Home, Injures War Vet

A Lamborghini registered to Russian copper magnate Igor Altushkin crashed into a residential building in Yekaterinburg city, injuring a war veteran who was on crutches, Astra reported on August 11. The purple sports car, valued at roughly 40 million rubles ($482,000), struck the building on Otradnaya Street at high speed. According to Telegram channels Baza and Shot, the driver was David Altushkin, the younger son of Igor Altushkin, founder of the Russian Copper Company. The vehicle is officially registered to the father. Two men were sitting on the building’s porch at the moment of impact. Witnesses said one of them had recently returned from the frontline for medical treatment in Yekaterinburg and was moving on crutches. He was hospitalized with rib fractures, a closed head injury, and multiple contusions.
