August 11th, 2026 - Staten Island, NY: At approximately 6:50 p.m., officers from the 122nd Precinct responded to the General Douglas McArthur Playground for a 9-yr-old girl involved in a fireworks mishap that resulted in some of her fingers being blown off.
A person of interest was taken into custody at the scene.
