A Venice compound once owned by the Canadian comedian and YouTuber Cody Ko has listed for $4.39 million.
The content creator, whose full name is Cody Michael Kolodziejzyk,is also currently listingReese Witherspoon’s former Malibu farm for $9.2 million. Ko and his wife, fellow content creator Kelsey Kreppel, bought the farm for $7.7 million in 2023.
Built in 2005, the offering features a main house and a guest house, which Ko converted into a studio space, and it’s where he recorded some of his podcasts. The couple sold the home for $4.3 million in 2023, when they relocated to Malibu.
The Venice beach property is in the tony Silver Triangle neighborhood, at 2324 Boone Ave., by the Venice canals and Abbot Kinney Boulevard.
Altogether, the compound is 3,911 square feet and features four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Maximizing indoor and outdoor space, it’s a dreamy live/work residence with plenty of entertaining room — and rare privacy for the area. Design details include floor-to-ceiling glass, hardwood floors and two balconies.
A three-story main house is anchored by a chef’s kitchen on the main floor, along with an open living/dining area. Sliding glass doors open to a garden with mature fruit trees.
