NEW YORK (AP) — U.S. stocks are hanging around their records, while oil prices swing on uncertainty about when the war with Iran will allow crude to flow freely again. The S&P 500 rose 0.1% in early trading Tuesday and was trading just above the all-time closing high it set on Friday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 65 points, and the Nasdaq composite was little changed. The price for a barrel of Brent crude briefly jumped above $90 before pulling back to $87. Treasury yields moved lower in the bond market. European indexes were a bit higher and Asian markets closed mostly lower.
