A Mumbai man’s online interaction with an organisation’s HR not only left him stunned, but also left the rest of theinternetquestioning the said professional’s qualification and basic English comprehension skills. Taking to Reddit, the candidate had shared about the incident, where he shared how he had applied at a company, only to come across one of the most unprofessional behaviours by the company’sHR. The man attached the screenshot of his WhatsApp texts with the HR, which were basically about the HR rejecting him based on his ‘lack of experience’.
However, the way the entire thing was conveyed was less about rejection and more about ‘broken English’.
Here’s what the HR’s texts read:
“OKHY BE NICE SORRY RIGHT NOW WE CANT PROVIDE THAT MUCH BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE EXPIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL THAT WHY”
As soon as the post went viral, netizens began to react. Some recalled their own similar experiences, while others simply could not believe the authenticity of the interaction.
Times Now could not confirm the authenticity of the post.
“Can anyone be an HR nowadays?” the post read.
