Samsung SDS is cementing its dominance in the enterprise generative artificial intelligence (AI) market, signing multiple deals to supply ChatGPT Enterprise to leading companies across key industries.

The company announced Thursday that it recently signed agreements with Korea Zinc, iCraft and TmaxSoft, bringing its client base to more than 10 across the public, finance, manufacturing, retail and service sectors.

Since becoming OpenAI’s first official reseller partner for ChatGPT Enterprise in Korea last December, the company has gone beyond basic licensing to deliver tailored AI transformation (AX) strategies for its clients. ChatGPT Enterprise features advanced security and management tools that keep businesses’ data isolated from model training.

Samsung SDS has introduced a One-Team framework that unifies its AI consulting, development, cloud and security services to deliver end-to-end AX support from initial strategy and system architecture design to deployment, companywide rollout and optimization.

To ease adoption, the company offers a one-month free trial and three days of dedicated consulting to help clients assess system compatibility, security readiness and potential use cases before full deployment. Through this approach, it is positioning itself not merely as a reseller but as a strategic partner driving AI operations across the enterprise.

“Samsung SDS’s technical capabilities, trusted security framework and deep industry expertise have been recognized across sectors, leading to rapid growth in ChatGPT Enterprise supply,” said Lee Jeong-heon, the company’s executive vice president and head of strategic marketing.

“We aim to set a new benchmark in the domestic market as the leading AX partner helping companies redefine how they work through AI.”

Korea Zinc, a global leader in non-ferrous metal refining, adopted ChatGPT Enterprise as part of its broader push toward an AI-powered smelting system, aiming to enhance data security while systematically accumulating process and technical expertise as internal data assets.

AI infrastructure provider iCraft introduced ChatGPT Enterprise to accelerate digital transformation and optimize workflows for its engineering teams. The company plans to use Samsung SDS’ consulting support to boost individual productivity and scale AI use cases across departments, enhancing overall digital competitiveness.
