Artist D4vd is being investigated for murder, according to newly unsealed court documents that reveal the body of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas was found badly dismembered in a Tesla belonging to the singer.

A grand jury has launched a probe into the 20-year-old star — whose legal name is David Anthony Burke — “wherein [Burke] may be involved in having committed … one count of murder,” according to documents first obtained by The Post.

The documents, unsealed via motion by a Texas court, revealhorrifying new detailsof how police officers discovered Rivas’ heavily decomposed remains in two different cadaver bags in the trunk of D4vd’s Tesla, which had been abandoned and brought to a Hollywood Hills tow lot in September.

Cops found Rivas’ head and torso in one bag and several body parts in a second bag with insects swarming over the remains, the horrifying documents reveal.

Workers at the impound lot had called the police due to a foul odor emanating from the car, which had been there for several days.

The car had been left for weeks just around the corner from the Hollywood Hills home where the artist was living.

D4vd hasn’t been formallycharged for any crimes.

Rivas was discovered on September 8th, the day after she would have turned 15.

She ran away from her home in Lake Elsinore, Calif., and was reported missing in 2024; authorities have confirmed the singer had a relationship with the teen.
